The Journey Management marketplace is made up of technology companies, data providers, consultants and practitioners involved in the practice of Journey Management that helps brands improve customer experience. 

The Journey Management Ecosystem spreads beyond the Journey technology and data providers themselves to a bigger set of enterprise providers who need to connect to Journey Management to allow it to deliver on its promise.   This I4JM develops tools to help ensure that collaboration in this Ecosystem is as successful as possible.   The three areas of this work are on Definitions and Standards, Collaboration Approaches and Data Sharing and Integration.

Ecosystem Collaboration:

Build strategic alliances between journey orchestration providers, analytics platforms, CX consultants, and technology vendors.

Launch working groups to co-develop industry-wide solutions.

Establish a collaborative marketplace for ecosystem participants to access and share best practices, tools, and resources.

Standards Development:

Establish comprehensive protocols for the consistent sharing of journey data, KPIs, and metrics across platforms and industries.

Develop standards for success and ROI models.

Promote open APIs for seamless integration and data exchange between tools and platforms.

Framework for Data Sharing and Integration:

Develop an industry-standard framework for secure and efficient data sharing.

Create a shared repository of integration templates and APIs.

Offer certification programs for tools and platforms that meet interoperability and data-sharing benchmarks, ensuring quality and trust within the ecosystem.
